I walked into Ontario Lock N Key with hopes of finding a key blank to make a copy with as my key was quite old (early 70's). Unfortunately, it was not something he had in inventory. However, he took a key and attempted to craft one that might work, without knowing whether or not it would work he handed it to me free of charge stating ‘I hope this works for you.’ Sure enough it did. I fully appreciate the length of outstanding service that I was given and will most certainly be returning again in the future.
